General- By requesting a commission, the client agrees to these terms.- I reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.- All Commissions are for personal use only which includes: use as display on social media ( profile picture, header, post, etc), personal wallpaper and personal print., unless previously agreed upon for commercial use (additional fee applies).Process- The client must provide clear references and details before starting.- I will send previews for review at different stages (sketch, color, and render).- Up to 2 free revisions are allowed during the process. Major changes after sketch approval will incur an additional fee.** Payment **- Payment will be 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval (according to agreement).- I only accept payments via PayPal.- The illustration will not begin until I receive the initial payment.Change and Cancellation Policy- I do not issue refunds unless I experience any difficulties or mishaps during the commission process. Otherwise, please be confident in your purchase.Copyright/Usage Policy- As the artist, I retain the copyright to the work.- I may use the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, or as promotional materials.- The client may not resell, edit, or claim the work as their own.- Please post the commissioned illustration with credit.- Commercial use requires an agreement and an additional fee.- If you want your commission to be private, please make this clear from the beginning.Delivery- Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity and the waiting list (usually within 3 to 4 weeks).- The illustration will be delivered in digital PNG format via email.
